I recently opened a PayPal dispute from the resolution center for a fake item I received from Grailed, and the seller agreed to give a full refund for the item. I then shipped the item back, and he received the fake item 3 days ago according to the tracking, but the PayPal dispute is refusing to progress and still will not give me my refund of 280 dollars. Instead, the estimated solution date keeps getting pushed back for no reason. When will I get my refund back? What else do they want for me to get my money back? If the seller lies by refusing to say that the item is in good condition, will I just not get my money back even though I returned the fake item?

Seller could be in talks with PayPal about the return, or something.
