I received a ring in the mail. I never ordered it and there is no charge on my card. It says the price is 128

There are scams going on that sellers are purposely sending worthless items (small stuff that are cheap to send) to random people to obtain legitimate tracking numbers to provide to PayPal (PP), that would satisfy PP's stnadard that "proves" a seller fulfilled a transaction. Long story short, either throw the crap away or report it to the authorities (if there's a return address).
