I did same thing. Is it a ripoff? If it is I’m gonna be pretty upset because it was being advertised on a social media platform as a legit US business and now I see it basically is all Chinese related and the email is from China.
I ordered on 4/21...money was removed from my account on 4/23. Being that it could be “coming from China” I may wait a little longer before I report it to my bank and PayPal. PayPal should be made aware of this as well. What was time frame for your order?
We ordered 4/19 we are going to wait a little longer d/t it being China but there is no way to contact them at all. That's what I find fishy. Did you by chance find any info to get in contact with the seller?
I emailed an email from my paypal receipt asking about shipping. It was attached to my e-receipt . I sent it yesterday. Still haven’t gotten a response —- the community wont allow me to send a response to you with added email. I’ll do it this way then put it all together <removed>
Do you see they removed the email even though you separated it? Makes ya think something isn't right here, guess I should have written it down the last time because I didn't and now I can't find it.... PERFECT
I purchased an item from an ad on FaceBook on 4-20-20 and paid with paypal.....I have contacted paypal and was told to contact the seller, but when you try there is not such seller. It is a FRAUD....and by some of the comments paypal isn't going to help.
