I requested a refund for watershed country music festival because it did not occur due to covid. Vivid seats refused to refund my money and instead rescheduled it for next year. I put in a dispute with paypal credit. They told me that due to vivids strict refund policy they were unable to help me due to vivid rescheduling concert not cancelling, and they told vivid seats that they found in their favor. Now I go to vivid seats in my account to try to relist my ticket to recoop my funds. Vivid seats has literally removed the ticket from my account! 😳 They tell me I won the dispute and paypal has refunded me the ticket money so I no longer have a ticket! Paypal credits letter says that they found in vivid seats favor and they will not be refunding me anything! I have been fighting this for over a year now!! $365.76!!! I cant even understand how I need to keep waiting years for a resolution when I am providing all the evidence that I am being ripped off. Looking up vivid seats on paypal, I can see they are ripping a lot of people off. Not sure why paypal credit is allowing vivid seats to continue pulling this nonsense!! I am so mad right now and everytime I call paypal credit, they just keep saying I have to wait 60 days for the dispute team.... this is like the 4th time I have disagreed with the dispute outcome and re opened it!!!! I am livid with vivid and paypal right now!!!! I need my refund!
