Hi, I paid for some customs fees to Royal Mail the other day and it said the order was complete and I got the email from PayPal saying it was complete also. I just checked my transactions today and it has a completed payment for the amount I paid but it also has a separate payment for the same amount that is pending. The transaction IDs are different. There was no problem paying on the royal mail website so there was no reason for this extra transaction, it doesn't look like they have accepted it, but it shouldnt have been sent in the first place? How do I cancel this extra transaction or sort this out please? Thank you for any help!
