Scam and extortion .. Swappa seller

Good morning Community - Purchase made at <removed>

 

On Saturday, February 6, I unfortunately received a statement from the Swappa team!

 

Where they tell me that the user Kendall R. was doing bad practices and in the consequences making scam acts.

Where the Swappa team decides to unsubscribe and cancel the entire user account or post ** Kendall R.

04/02/2021 - I see a list with an interesting price to buy. The publication was for an IPHONE 11 PRO MAX 64GB for 720 USD.

The listing was LVBH67468 posted by user Kendall R. (purchase link attached) swappa list LVBH67468

02/05/2021 - The user Kendall R. assigns a tracking number for UPS 4X586971GP910081H

**** But the team never got to me ***

It was never delivered nor is it available in the content

02/06/2021 - Austin N. Swappa Staff contact me to inform me of the following:

 

“DARIO S., the Swappa team has recently discovered that this seller has been up to no good and has been removed from our service.

Unfortunately at this time, I recommend you file a PayPal dispute to begin the forced refund process:

Login to PayPal, locate and click on the payment sent to the seller, and then click on the "Report a problem" link. From there, you can file a dispute.

02/08/2021 - I present a dispute in Paypal - Reason for the objection of the article You did not receive the article

02/12/2021 - Paypal communicates that it rejects my case because

A shipment tracking number has been received from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.

 

 

In all this time I have communicated with the seller claiming this situation, from day 1 he had a suspicious attitude responding from another email ..

Then when I accused him of scam he sent me this message. .

I'll write you off when you need to open a dispute, but close it for now if you want to get your money back.

If you want to return your money, then just close the dispute and I will withdraw the money, after that you can open a dispute and I will not answer it. This is your only way out to get your money back.

Strange, apparently you do not understand that I win arguments while I answer them, and when you stop, you will win it. Close the dispute, I will withdraw my money. When I tell you to open a dispute, you will open it, I will not answer it and you will win it. Although, what difference does it make to me, I will still earn.

 

I am being a victim of scam and extortion through a user who makes fun of the system. I have lost 720 dollars.

Where Paypal agrees with the user just for adding a follow-up, the Swappa community itself <removed> closed the account because on several occasions it wanted to make the same sale, with the same conditions, I attached two publications canceled with different users.
