Hey @62Kim,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble regarding the merchant, that definitely sounds frustrating. I would advise opening a dispute against the transaction to report it to PayPal. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!

This is my current reply. I wish I would have read this prior to making my purchase! took me for $77.95! Of course I have to figure out they were a scam after the purchase! I have reported the issue to PayPal and created a claim, but thought I would tell my experience to the community including things to watch for. EQUAITSH had everything set up to be so believable! There is actually someone at the other end of this scam, thieves! I have become handycapped in 2016 and lost the ability to walk and now get around in a wheelchair and power chair. I purchased the Salem Electric Branch Scissors from them in January. I thought these would help me with some yard work. I waited and was excited when the tracking information showed that it had arrived! I was expecting a medium size box but when my wife checked outside our front door there was nothing there. She checked the mailbox and there was a smaller size box, checked it against the tracking number and it was the correct box. I thought no way could that tool fit in this box! I opened the box and what I found was a cheap $10 set of manual garden shears and a Electric Travel Adapter (overseas model, not USA)! It was only then did I realize the website was a scam and the people running it thieves! In hindsite and looking closer I should have known. Clues it was fake: 1) Prices to good to be true! The Electric Scissors were listed at $77.95. I didn’t research it but these are normally $299. 2) A timer that counts down and when it reaches 0, the prices go back to normal! It’s fake! Close the page, open a new one and go back to that page and the timer starts over again! 3) A few pictures of manual garden shears mixed in with the Electric Scissors. Additionally at the time the manual shears was $39 and referred to as “Normal Version” and the Electric Scissors with two batteries as “Upgraded Version” ! I made 100% sure I choose the Upgraded Electric Scissors with Two Batteries for $77.95. Now when I visit the page it is showing them to be $149 and the manual to be $39 and the Electric ones are sold out! 4) No Customer Service phone number yet they stated there business hours and feel free to contact us anytime during normal business hours. 5) All they had for customer service was a total of 3 different email addresses which are as follows and the response I got! Main: “ <removed>”; Bounces back as account disabled! Second: “<removed>” ; Does not bounce back, but after several attempts over many days, no response! Third, the one PayPal has: “<removed>” ; Does not bounce back, but after several attempts over many days, no response! 6) This tool is listed under several brand names Salem, Koham, Komok, Wonder Master, etc, different colors Blue, Red, Orange and Yellow. About 50% of the listings I found are legitimate (around the $299 price point) and 50% are fake scam websites just like EQUAITSH! 7) ALL OF THESE SCAM WEBSITES ONLY USED ONE METHOD OF PAYMENT, PAYPAL! None of the ones I found accepted payment directly through credit card companies! I did file a claim with PayPal and I hope since I am not the only person reporting this they will refund me the $77.95 that EQUAITSH stole from me! Plus I included my receipt which not only showed that I purchased the Electric Branch Scissors with two batteries, but it also included a picture in the receipt, plus I included a picture of what I actually got from EQUAITSH! I will follow up without a response to this once I have the results. Maybe it’s just me being paranoid, but I don’t see how common thieves could be this good, setting up fake companies, multiple fake websites, collecting your money, send you product even though it’s not the correct product, etc. This seems more like an effort by a group of skilled individuals, website designers, logistics, billing, possibly hackers involved too. We already know the China has been accused of hacking election results and other headlines. Is it possible that the could be the same organization behind this, trying to steal money from anywhere they can for the Chinese government? Sure makes me think it could be a possibility!</REMOVED>

This is beginning to be a very repeated story. I ordered 2 Electric Branch Scissors (The Blue Ones) from Equaitsh for a total of $139.96+ $4.20 insurance. The seller appears as TSL CO., LTD., with an Email contact I can't post. My bank indicates the Electronic Withdrawal going to Shen Zhen Shi Sh. Instead of anything electric arriving, I too received 2 hand shears and 2 foreign adapter plugs. When I filed this complaint with PayPal, I was encouraged to reach out to the seller, TSL CO., LTD. PayPal forwarded my complaint of ordering one product, and getting a completely different one. I got this in reply from the seller:
Dear Customer, Thanks for shopping at our store. Sorry, the product you received is exactly what we sell, and the description of the ad is not clear enough, please understand. According to our policy, for a full refund, all items must be returned to our Logistics Center address at expense of the customer, it may cost high. Or we would refund 28.83 USD(20%) to you and you do not need to return item to us. It would save your time and money. Is it acceptable for you?
Attention: Please do not worry, we will provide the return address if you insist on returning the item. But kindly note that we do not accept Unauthorized return. You may not be able to get the refund if you ship the parcel to a wrong address.
Your reply will be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Phyllis
Customer Service
I have typed this reply exactly as it was sent through PayPal.
Would anyone reading this trust who's on the other end of that pathetic response? How does one handle this situation when it's obviously a scam?

At least you got a reply! Did you email their main Customer Service address which starts “ Dgitaralden”? When I tried that address the email bounced back stating the account had been disabled. Did you make absolutely sure you clicked on the electric upgraded version? I know for sure I did!!! Did it reflect the Electric Branch Scissors in you receipt? Mine did including a picture of the item! The seller is a Thief!! No matter what you click what we got is the only thing he will ship! They put the manual shears in the listing only so he can claim people picked the wrong item and so he can have proof he shipped something and that it arrived based on a very real tracking number! The fact that our receipt shows the correct item is where he **bleep** up! I did also submit a PayPal claim. You would think with this many PayPal customers having the same issue they would simply give us our money back or they would tell the seller to ship us the correct item, the item we actually paid for and prevent the seller “Thief” from using PayPal. Instead they say they got a response from the seller and I have to return it for a refund. They gave me the return address and I will ship it back to them. Return shipping address <removed> China Once it arrives PayPal had better give me a full $77.95 refund! Even if PayPal does issue me a full refund I will still loose money on paying for shipping it back! My further research found a lot of websites out there set up exactly the same way!! Offering ridiculously low prices for it and mixing in either manual shears like we got or replacement blades. All of them only have a gmail for customer service, no phone numbers. They also are stating that they have excellent customer service (what a joke)! They also state, if you aren’t completely satisfied a 100% money back guarantee, yet at the same time saying that our money is protected by PayPal!! They are showing the same tool in multiple different colors and brand name! I will continue posting my results. Something is that is a total lie about their website is the product feedback!! All the feedback shown for the ridiculous is all 5* and one 4* (all most unheard of for a product. Additional proof that their feedback is a total lie is that you can’t leave any! I tried to leave several, first was a 1* with truthful comments about being scammed! The website acted like it took it and showed me that it had been posted! However refresh’s the page and it’s gone! I even tried to leave a 4* and it wasn’t saved!!!! Their feedback system is nonfunctional, only their with good reviews showing to trick the buyer! I will post the results of my PayPal claim.

Like @62Kim, I purchased the electric pruning shears for $84.22 USD and received a pair of secateurs worth less than $5.
After receiving no response from the seller, I launched a dispute through PayPal as suggested by @PayPal_AshleyM.
The seller responded and informed me the correct item had been sent and went on to claim I had misread the advertisement.
PayPal then informed me that they would issue a full refund if I return the items and provide proof. I will begrudgingly do this although I am disappointed PayPal are requiring me to pay the postage and handling to do so when the seller is so obviously fraudulent.
Equaitish is clearly a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Don't pay to return them. Contact your bank and tell them what happened and tell them the payment to PayPal wasn't authorized. They took my complaint over the phone and 3 days later I had a letter in the mail saying they refunded the money to my account.
Don't let the pieces of s waste any more of your money.
