Scam??

I sent a payment to shopping99.com and did not receive any confirmation email. Is anyone familiar with this site? Can I cancel payment?

no confirmation ... so after 5 days sent an email asking what is going on?

I got a response..... a tracking number for the goods (having been sent to me)
nothing else just a tracking number. 
Parcel has arrived in Australia (per the Aust Post tracking site) .. on Monday morning
