Is it really this easy to use PayPal as a platform to scam people?
All the hype about being a safe place to do business is total bunk.
it was so painfully obvious after receiving a fake delivery confirmation showing a 1.5 lb delivery on a 60 lb item, that all they had to do was look, but no one would. The online system is useless. It was resolved once I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes, but a very nice gal that could obviously see the problem. I will be withdrawing from using PayPal once this is resolved to completion. Scary that they enable people to run such obvious scams.
