Somehow ended up on "Trusted Traveller Services" website which scammed me out of $100.00 USD for a Nexus card renewal but I have since learned they are fraudulent and I will not receive my Nexus card. Paypal resolution gave limited options to explain this and I chose the unauthorized transaction option and tried to explain what happened in the space provided. Paypal has determined the transaction was legit and closed the case. Is there any way to get my money back or at least have paypal block that email address and website?

Hello @scammed5,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear about your most recent experience. I can understand how that can be very frustrating. I'd recommend trying to file your case as an Item Not Received dispute, not unauthorized. We would necessarily deem this unauthorized as it sounds like you were the one that made the transaction. You may need to contact our Customer Support to file / refile this case under the correct reason.
Good luck!
