Hello, I had ordered a bear to be delivered to my stepmom for $36.88 total. Ive tried reaching out to the company and keep getting the email that I need to be patient the order is held up and taking longer. Please don't be a victim.
Did you file a dispute through PayPal? I was scammed by the same company and I ordered alcohol wipes but PayPal refuses to refund my money. I did a google search online and it seems as if hundreds of people have the same issue. It is maddening that PayPal won't do anything!
I didn't, I was already told PayPal doesnt give refunds. However, the bear finally made it to my stepmom, I guess I need to remove my comment or at least provide an update.
I ordered face-mask on May 16th and I haven't received the product yet (today is 06/29/2020). I have done several follow-ups after that I have received an email from support that I have to wait for another 45-55 working days to receive my item. I was told that it would take 8 to 12 days to receive the item while placing the order and I have paid $8 just for shipping. I have requested the seller to cancel the order and refund the money but they aren't doing it. So I am reaching out to PAYPAL to solve this dispute. I am not sure what PAYPAL can do about it. Seems like a big scam during the Pandemic and not sure how PAYPAY can avoid these scammers.
After over a month and half, my stepmom finally received her bear. I hate that she didn't receive it on time, but thankful she finally did. Just wanted to provide an update.
Glad you finally got the bear. Maybe I will eventually get the solar lights we ordered from CMOLO about 2 months ago. PayPal is investigating but I am not too hopeful. CMOLO provides a tracking number that is not recognized by any tracking service.
