Scammed by a G2A seller

TLDR: The seller bought my game using stolen credit card/returned the key for money, won't respond to my messages, G2A just tells me to contact the seller who doesn't answer, 180 days from the transaction so cannot get a refund through PayPal.

I purchased a key to a game/simulator called X-Plane 11 from G2A in 10th of September 2018. The key worked fine until around 24th of May 2019, when I started the game I was greeted by a message telling me to "unlock the full version of the X-Plane 11" (I already did this 10.sep.2018 when I bought the game, the activation should only happen once, and the key should remain activated for forever). So I tried reactivating the game using the same key and now I got a message saying: "The product key you entered has been disabled".

I contacted the game developer support of the X-Plane 11 (Laminar Research) and asked what's going on. They answered me: "This copy of X-Plane has been disabled because either the original purchaser returned it for cash or purchased it with a stolen credit card."

Next I tried contacting the G2A seller "Eche87685" who sold me the game. I first tried contacting Him/Her 25th of May 2019 asking Him/Her for either a refund or a new key. The seller still hasn't answered to any of my messages now almost three weeks later.

I also tried contacting the G2A's own support multiple times, but every time they just told me to contact the seller, who doesn't answer to my messages.

Today I tried getting refund through PayPal, but got an instant response that my case has been denied, because it has been over 180 days since I made the transaction. So is there any way to get my money back anymore? Am I fked and the scammer wins?

Your last resort is a credit card chargeback through your card issuer.

Didn't use a credit card, so guess I'm out of luck then...
