I purchased a flight online through Bravofly (BravoNext SA). I did not receive a confirmation email from them, so I googled 'Bravofly' online. It appears that they are a scam. There were many testimonials online of other people who had purchased flights through this sight and were told that the confirmation was still being processed. After some time, they would receive an email stating the flight had been cancelled.
I tried going through the Resolution Centre with Paypal, and I could not submit my claim. It looks like Bravofly has profited from my mistake and there is no other course of action to take.
Has anyone else experienced this with Bravofly?
