Seller harassment during active dispute

Hi team, i have an open dispute where i ordered more than two months ago and still have NOT received the items. After logging the dispute claim, i have since been receiving daily emails direct from the seller, instead of through the resolution centre, demanding I closed case as the item was sent. HOW do we ask the resolution team to reprimand the seller?

I am in a active dispute with a seller and the seller has sent several threatening emails stating harm to me and my family for disputing a charge.
