I received a message from ebay stating "Our records show that you recently contacted or received messages from through eBay's messaging system. We’re writing to let you know that an unauthorized third party may have compromised this member's account security. It’s important to note that we’re unaware of any problems with your account. We recommend the following precautions to help keep you safe:"
It gives no name of who this is but after checking my recent purchases someone I bought from is no longer a registered user and I can not contact them.
I bought a £39 firestick but can not see anyway to check on the delivery or open any dialogue with them.
How do I cancel this if I can't contact them or raise a dispute with ebay if no link is available?
Any help would be appreciated
