Sellful sold me a lifetime deal for access to their website building features and their other business tools. Problem is they offered me a 60 day money back guarantee that they don't honor. And they now banned my account because I escalted with PayPal. So now I have no money and no service. And PayPal is siding with Sellful saying the service was delivered. How can a lifetime deal be delivered when I my account was deleted? This is nonsense
And it's not a small amount, I am talking about $700+. And actually this was a deal offered on the appsumo platform, but I bought directly from sellful, appsumo refunded all their customers automatically, since I bought directly from the scammer now i guess I am unlucky... Why is Paypal siding with these guys?
