Hey so i have been selling digital keys on ebay all was going well for the first two weeks had over 48 positive reviews in this time. Then all of a sudden all of my xbox live keys have sold had been charged back because 'unauthorised account ' bought the product. So i have gave the proof that i have sent all the buyers the keys and they had been redeemed , butt yet today i lost the first out of 7 disputes. So now i am left without a key or any money and all these have added up to £100+ leaving me overall with a loss. - How is a seller not protected from this

But you have no seller protection for virtual or digital transactions with paypal !!
You can sell them but at your own risk unfortunately.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

so i can't do anything about and now just left with a loss and negative balance for sure this will not be getting topped up , and anyone can go around buying digital keys then saying they didn't make the purchase and just get the key for free.

Who you sold to, may not be who paid.
Sorry, there is no protection for digital goods. Seller protection program has its limitations; read the terms first to see if PayPal is compatible with your business model, otherwise, you accept the risk.
There are risks to selling online in general. For items not covered by PayPal, you can self-insure; put aside a percentage of each sale to cover disputes. Focus on the next sale. If selling digital keys/code is your business; not just selling the few keys you may have, just successfully sell more than you lose.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
