I bought a tennis ball launcher from a Chinese company called Sihe Trading Company. I received one tennis ball in the mail. No launcer no additional balls and I can't get them to respond to my request for a full refund. I will never ever buy anything off Facebook again. It all comes from China, is of poor quality (if and when it eventually shows up) and isn't worth "the great deal" they claim. Buying American made from now on!

I ordered the same thing, it was very specific that it was the bed... We got a cheap pink blanket that I wouldn't have even paid $1 for... I opened a claim on my PayPal account, I hope I get my $35 back from this scammer!

Same here. It seems that PayPal doesn’t care that fraudsters are using the platform to cheat people out of money, as long as they get their cut... maybe PayPal need reporting to the police themselves....

I ordered a cat tree and received a package today with a leopard cat bed in it. A very cheap ugly leopard cat bed that I never would have ordered. How is this possible? Oh, because this company is apparently a fraud. Lovely. I did send an email to the two contacts given via PayPal, but I am not holding my breath that they will respond. Will update if/when they do.

Omg. I ordered the same item, - cat tree -and I am still waiting... it’ been a while. I emailed them, but no replies, and I found out the Paypal community. Is there any way to get money back....? 😞 maybe thru pay pal?

Same thing! It is getting comical as I have received some responses like..'I am sure you will find your cat will love this...and please accept this $3 credit..please understand items may not look like the photo'..have a beautiful day!' I had to ask them what it was that I received in the mail because I didn't know that leopard thing was a cat nest?! Currently going through the steps of disputing a charge via my bank which entails me finding a retailer to write a letter saying that the leopard thing I got in the mail is not a cat climber. The hoops to jump...not much hope on this end...maybe chalk it up to $30 of entertainment?

I also ordered the bunk beds and received only an ugly, cheap blanket. I tried numerous times to reach them with no luck. I was denied a refund by PayPal because the merchant said my order was sent. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thank you.

Call PayPal on the phone. Explain that you did not get what you ordered. When the rep refuses to issue a refund, ask to speak to his supervisor and see what happens. This has worked for others . PayPal really should outlaw this vendor. Good luck.

I ordered the Blue 3-1 cots got a blanket Grey...that I could have gotten from Dollar store as well!!!!!!

Same exact thing happened to me. PayPal wants to side with the bogus seller. I sent the crappy blanket back but have to wait for it to get back to China to get a refund. So much time and money wasted on this seller. Not sure why PayPal would side with them.

I ordered 2 hippie van 30 can coolers and received 2 diecast models. Emailed the company 4 times and no response. Not happy.
