Someone hacked into my account and added their email, etc - what should I do?

My account was hacked last night. I was looking at my emails this morning and there were several saying that someone had logged in, added an email to my account, etc. I logged in and sure enough, someones info had been added to my account and the language preference was switched to Spanish. I deleted all of their info, changed my password & pin and set up 2-factor authentication.

I never use PayPal, I forgot i even had an account. I set it up last year thinking I was going to use it for art commissions. I don't have any money or anything on it, just bank and card info that is partially hidden. No transactions have been made or anything. Is there anything else I should do?
