I noticed a really nice smartwatch and decided to purchase it through Paypal. Paypal allows this company to process payments instantly. Also, the company will turn your payments into a recurring payment even though the purchase only requires one payment.  Then Paypal quickly posts a statement to your dispute that the payment was authorized and then they close your dispute. Paypal is partly responsible for this and doesn't follow its own rules as it relates to fraud merchants.  Paypal must be working with this company to defraud customers.  Stop blaming COVID-19 for not answering the phone. I don't Governor of California. However, I do have a personal number of northern California mayor and will mention this fraud case to him.  How can there be so many complaints posted here in the community and PayPal, not Flag this company?

i see complaints about this company go back to at least jun 2017 yet they still seem to continue ripping people off and strangely paypal seems to do nothing. any one have any explanation?

I purchased the smart watch in early July. Received it in July 31. The device would not even turn on! Disputed it with Pay Pal. Finally was informed on Act 4th. They offered a full refund if I returned the device. The cost was $58.94. The cost to return it to HONG KONG is just under $200.00. The device was sent to me from New Jersey, not HONG KONG. I DOUBT THAT I WILL CONTINUE USING PAY PAL. I KNOW I WON'T IF A HUMAN DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY EFFORTS TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE!!!
