Suspicious transaction found, but unable to notify PayPal

Hi. I received an email from PayPal saying that there is a transaction yesterday But I haven’t done any transactions yesterday. I use the mobile app to log in to PAYPAL, but I can only see the transaction records, and there is no option for me to complain. I clicked "Help" and it asked me to log in first. I followed the instructions to log in, but I couldn't log in at all, and only displayed "YOUR SESSION HAS TIMED OUT, LOG IN AGAIN". I haven't been able to notify PAYPAL from yesterday until now. I also tried to log in with a PC, but it didn't work. Please help me, thanks.
