TV Buddy Refund

I ordered & rec’d couple months later. Then after many many attempts at email I phoned & got a rep. We decided together that the devise would not do what I needed it to. Rep sent return instructions email. I sent the item back next day....emailed again about refund. They said they didn’t get...but I had tracking & provided that info again. As I sent it day I mailed item back. This time I put the delivery confirmation as well. Waited for refund still nothing. Filled dispute with PayPal....waited the 30 days for response from seller....PayPal then found the dispute in their favor. So...out the $53.00 for tvbuddy & return shipping & STILL NOTHING. I blame this company STRONG CURRENT & PAYPAL. As I used my PayPay debit to pay for item. I have all their info if anyone wants! Addresses, phone # & emails. Be GLAD TO HELP OTHERS TRY TO GET PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK!

yes, Me too thinking I was protected with paypal and them checking on my dispute of think tech Tvbuddy not working, dragging it out we are still investigating and no replies for tvbuddy exccept that they are working with the merchandt, so I then disputed with CC and the they are saying valid and so sent more info on how they are not replying and waiting for my refund of 78.39, both paypal and tvbuddy have been worthless and the product has been returned and if they got in 31 days it is only because paypal and merchant dragged their feet. scam.!!!!
