Think I just got Scammed

Hello there, Just ordered shoes that I thought were from the stores official website. I purchased them through PP then received my transaction bill via email and was in Chinese??? -the sale of the shoe was too good to be true which I’ve should’ve known. -I filed a dispute and sent emails to PP to alert them of my situation. -Will I have any chance of getting my money back??? -how good are PP at handling these situations??? My situation seems pretty straight forward/seems like a basic scam. Thanks

I hope you didn't open a dispute for unauthorised???

If you opened a dispute for non receipt of item then when you get the option escalate to a claim (after contacting the seller to request a refund) and then go from there.

If you get declined because seller provides a tracking number then post back for more advice.

Ya my claim got declined -is their a number I can call to speak directly you to help resolve this?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
