Hi @Wtf150,
Welcome to the Community!
If you see a PayPal transaction on your bank statement, but don’t have a PayPal account or can’t find it on your PayPal account, it’s likely that your purchase was completed through our guest checkout.
A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, however, you may not have logged in to your account to perform the transaction.
Firstly, it's best to check with someone (i.e, a family member) to see if at any point they have added it to their own personal PayPal account. If this isn't the case, you will need to contact your bank/card provider to open a chargeback.
We may be able to stop the card/bank from being used through PayPal, however, they would still be able to use your card information outside of the PayPal system.
Hopefully, this helps!
