Hello, I had booked a holiday through Travel Republic Irish website for 01Aug, and I cancelled it back in March, to which I got a reply that I needed to pay €40 to cancel and that this could be done via UK website or by phoning. After trying this couldn't be done on either. In short I was charged the full balance of the holiday. Travel Republics phone lines are closed and will not respond to customer requests. By the looks of other peoples complaints on Twitter I'm never going to hear from them! Can I get a refund via PayPal?
