I just got scammed, I wanted to buy a twitter account but he never delivered. The account cost $325, he told me to accept to mark it as delivered but then Paypal blocked suspicious transaction since it's a big amount. He told me to make a dispute to refund the amount in half so Paypal won't hold the amount anymore. So he refunded 175$ then I have to resend 175$. Then he faked out the delivery by sending wrong password for the account and he disappear.
I tried to join him via his account and email but he didnt answer. Tonight, someone replied in Spanish and said that he's the real owner of this account and the account was share with his friend. He said that his friend tried to sell his account. He tried to make me believe that he could only talk in Spanish, but I know he lied because he could understand perfectly what I said.
So, I guess it was the same guy (the scammer trying to fake out that his friend was doing fraudulent thing with his account)
He also told me that he will help me to refund and then asked me to open a dispute.
So I did, but now he said that his friend doesn't want to refund. So, he will refund it in his place, but only in one condition... he told me to cancel the dispute, so I won't receive the amount twice (which I didn't, I wont get scam twice in a row).
Now he blocked me from Twitter.
Do you think that paypal could do something ? I have a lot of screenshot and proof of the conversation. I hope that people like that won't be able to use an paypal account again with those fraud... I have the 2 paypal email of the guy who try to fake that he's two different persons.
