I got charged by paypal of 10 $ to alibaba cloud as a authorisation charge on 7th April 2018. But this charge must be refunded by alibaba to Paypal account after a month. Due to this charging issue, i have closed alibaba account within a month. I was unable to rise a dispute in paypal during a time where it was showing a error. I have rise a query in paypal customer resolution team, but no resolution. Now I'm unable to rise despute due to payment status shows expired, earlier it was pending. Kindly guide me , how to get back my 10$ which was not used to buy anything in alibaba account. I also contacted alibaba team via mail, but no response from team. Kindly help!
