Not happy about a fraudulent purchase by someone who hacked into my Kogan account and purchased something and changed the profile name. I don't have automatic payment set up for Kogan and when I do purchase something using PayPal there is a 2 step verification i.e. a pin code gets sent to me to enter at the time of purchasing the item. Yet in this instance, the payment went through automatically and my work credit card was used. At no time did I authorise this transaction yet PayPal and Kogan are denying a refund is due to me. How can I get help on this?
