Unauthorized charge on Vanilla Visa

My child got a gift card for her birthday and somehow there is a charge for PayPal shuffle. We don’t even know what that is. Anyway I called Vanilla Gift card and they told me to call PayPal. But I of course can’t reach them. And since it’s not on my account it makes it hard to file a claim. What do I do?

We too experienced this problem.  An unauthorized PayPal charge was charged to our Vanilla Visa Gift Card. You will need to call Vanilla Visa at[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]to have them initiate a dispute on your behalf.  After the phone call the Vanilla Visa Dispute Department will email you a dispute form that you will need to fill out and return to them.
