Unauthorized payment for YoutubeTV

I noticed a payment of approximately $80 for YoutubeTV on my Paypal account. This is unusual because I don't have YoutubeTV access on my Google account. I followed the dispute procedures on Paypal's website which eventually recommended that I reach out to Google. I followed their recommendation and reached out to Google via their dispute process (which takes about 12 days).
I received the following response:

I realized that they couldn't help me because the purchase I was disputing was not on my Google account. Someone somewhere is enjoying this Google service using my money. At this point I went to dispute the claim again with Paypal, only to run into technical difficulties.

I replicated the problem a few times in multiple browsers before eventually finding a workaround using their chat/message system which automated the portion that leads to the error. (I can continue to replicate this if you folks at Paypal Dev. want to fix it.)
The following was a response I received promptly after submitting my claim:

So... since the transaction was not "unauthorized", I can obviously use my new YoutubeTV subscription (that I don't want) right? Oh wait... it's not associated with my account. Who's arm do I need to bend here? I'll be frank, I don't think it's a ton of money I'm losing here, but this process needs improvement, and I refuse to let some thief run around with my money enjoying free entertainment.
