Hello, Checked my bank and direct debits to see one is coming out for £11.99 a month from a maureen whitmarsh jp morgan. I’ve cancelled it but what is this and how has this happened? Thank you.
Did this get sorted? The same thing has happened to me, I cancelled the direct debit with the bank but PayPal have already paid out even though I never set it up.
Hi I don’t have anything set up from eBay and when I put it in the details into google of the person who was trying to take the direct debit it is clearly fraud. As it’s not a “transaction” PayPal weren’t very helpful and I can’t raise a dispute as it’s not a transaction.
