May be a temporary charge to validate the card? It’ll expire and drop off, if that is the case.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

How temporary it will be? Do you happen to know when I can expect it to drop? Thanks. BTW, I didn’t add any new card to PayPal

Hello @Shuangwu,
Typically, if you are seeing a small pending authorization charge, it will usually fall off after 3-5 business days. If you do not see it fall off after this time, feel free to contact Customer Support for more details.
I hope this helps!
