Hi just wondering if any of you had a problem like this. I purchased something for $20.19. It was delivered damaged. I sent them pictures and I received an email stating they had refunded me $1.74. I cannot open a case apparently I have to go get in touch with the company. How can I get a refund for a pittance of what I paid? Help...
