What to do if paypal resolution centre ignores facts

Hi heres my case Ebay item not received Dpd reference number says its delivered and signed by nick Contacted seller through ebay Seller checked with dpd and said it was delivered to wrong address and they would get the courier to collect the parcel and deliver to me. 3 months down the line and various promises later i have opened paypal case Case is found in sellers favour as the dpd reference says its delivered. I uploaded all ebay correspondence where seller admits that it was sent to wrong address, promises to resend a new item on several occasions but fails to do so. Cannot get hold of paypal. Over the phone automated service says case found in sellers favour. Messaging not working Im spending alot of money through paypal and seriously considering to stop this due to high fees and no support

Sorry but if tracking shows the item as delivered then as far as paypal are concerned that is the end of it.

If tracking showed as delivered but a buyer could just say no didn't get it then it would be pointless sending anything trackable.

You need to sort it out with the courier that sent the package and delivered it to the wrong address, you and the seller should work together to raise a dispute with them as a paypal dispute is only working to get your money back from the seller when they didn't do anything wrong.
