Why the limits on and non-access to my account?

I asked a friend for some help financially and so him not wanting his wife finding out. He told me to send an invoice instead of the regular request. And now I'm not even able to have access to the funds.

Is the payment received but on hold? Or is your entire account limited and you have to resolve limitations?

 

If payment is on hold for up to 21 days, update order status to order processed since shipping is not required.

 

Then after 48 hrs or so, ask sender to confirm receipt to release money.

The payment is received and at the moment it is pending. My account isn't entirely limited but it does have some limitations on it. And yes it is asking for me to resolve those limitations. Such as show a purchase receipt
