Wonderland Co.,Ltd, Colcolour.net, scam

I am not going to go into the roundabout road I've had in dealing with Paypal and this company that has several identities including Wonderland Co. Ltd. and Colcolour, but let me just inquire as to whether anyone else has had difficulty receiving their paid for items or a refund from Paypal? I have been denied resolutions twice on this same order because the company used false information to dispute the claim. I was denied a refund on June 23 because the seller provided a USPS tracking number stating the item had been delivered on June 20 which it had not even by the 23rd, then the tracking number today (June 24) says USPS is still waiting for notification for pickup of the package! I feel that Paypal has done me a disservice by not even trying to verify that the package had been delivered before denying the claim; they never asked me if the package had come and just assumed the seller was being honest. I have entered a new dispute on the same claim and in feedback also complained about the treatment in face of a possible scam. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to how I can get some resolution?

It might be too soon to complain but I think the same think has happened to me.  Facebook advertised an "Inventory Close Out" sale on L L Bean merchandise, claiming up to 70% off.  It was Facebook and L L Bean - what could go wrong?  Well, the sales company "DaunceyIyeshia" has sent bogus tracking numbers and false information to PayPal.  I have googled the sales company and it seems nonexistent - just a quick scam and disappear.  I will follow up in a few days to see if the deal Is legitimate... somehow I don't think so.   Good luck with your resolution.  Let us know how it goes.

I hope you can get a resolution to your problem. I received another email from this company with yet another tracking number, this time for FedEx! It only says they received the information not that they have the package!

I talked to an agent at USPS and he gave me the phone number of an investigator and they will look into the company and if there are other complaints about them. With the way they change names it's hard to track at times but they are concerned about fraud and will check into it. I suggest you send an email to your local post office and start your inquiry there. Paypal will do NOTHING to resolve the issue if they initially rule the seller satisfied their inquiry!! I plan on trying to close out my paypal account when this is done!!

I had exactly the same experience with PayPal. It's almost like the shelter this kind of company so hey can commit fraud.

I contacted my local post office and have printed all of the communications. Sadly Paypal has done nothing and per my last conversation with an agent they plan on doing nothing moving forward like you I plan on closing my account. Looking at the promises Paypal makes it's false advertising at best. How can this continue to be acceptable business practice? I am out $120.00 It is an expensive lesson.

It went the way it went for several other customers dealing with Paypal. I am out $120.00, learned a lesson and have been trying for a week to close my account with PayPal and  they have found all reasons to not authorize it and now another company has charged money to my account.

I received the two multifunctional Car Seats, but they are defective.  I have been writing to them for months.  I paid $39.98, and they wanted to refund me $8.00   I told them I'd rather return them and get a full refund.  Then they requested all kinds of information (which I already sent them what I had).  SCAM!!!  I'm tired of dealing with it which is probably their end goal.

Exactly as expected. Gave up. I'm out $120.00, learned a lesson and have been trying to close my PayPal account for a week to no avail. It's frustrating. Now another company has been allowed to charge my account which in essence is a scam through Paypal.

I too have had trouble from this SCAMMING company with its multiple names eg: Keytan Magnet Co Ltd, Laredo Co Ltd, Brevard Co Ltd & Wonderland Co Ltd. These people need to be stopped & PayPal should be assisting us more with our enquiries & efforts to get our money back...I feel silly for being sucked in by these low lifes & disappointed & let down by PayPal for their lack of customer service.

Yes, I reported my problem to PayPal and never heard a word.  I paid $40 for defective items!  No help in getting my money back.  I sent pictures of the defective car seat organizers to the seller.  Fruitless!  They totally gave me the run around.  I am not going to pay to return them as I don't think anything will come of that either.  The leather coverings on them peeled off.  The glue doesn't hold.

I will never order from the internet again, and I certainly will NOT use PayPal.
