Seriously, I am furious. This is to pay a bill.... not to the fact i can not pay any vendors when need too.....

 

We transferred money to cover a bill that was due! and PayPal puts limitations on the account. I have been on the phone with an agent every day trying to get the account restored to pay the bill. No, they are yelling wanting their money!

I have submitted the first documents you asked for and you replied

1.) Upload a photo ID - The document you submitted is illegible. You need to submit a clearer document.

2.) Provide your business information - Completed

3.) Upload a bank statement - The document you submitted doesn’t contain the requested information

4.) Provide information on account activity -Completed

 

and then you state to send everything again but added something else. So I did!!! But you state again.

1.) upload a photo ID - The document you submitted is illegible. You need to submit a clearer document. it is as big as a sheet of copy paper. how much bigger you want and it can be seen across the room.

2.) Confirm a card - After denying to restore my account yet again! Then you ask for to confirm a credit card well I can't there's no link to confirm because it already has been confirmed and has covered a transaction on PayPal account.

3.) Provide your business information - Completed

4.) Upload a bank statement - The document you submitted doesn’t contain the requested information. it has my account number, the routing number, and mine, and the banks name what else do you want on it?

5.) Provide information on account activity - Completed

 

So I submit it all again except card but I called and your agent stated she sees I got all the right documents and would note about the debit card. She even stated the bank statement was good and the driver license was good. BUT!!!!!!! You come back and again said the same thing and yet added another item to get!!!!!! My bank is a credit union, not a regular bank! So now you want

1.) Upload a photo ID again cause you say - The document you submitted is illegible. You need to submit a clearer document.

2.) Confirm a card - it's a debit card!!!! and the bank only states debit card or credit card on the statement as you can see, no number of any kind on the statement for card!!!! 

3.) Provide credit card statement - it's a debit card!!!! and the bank only states debit card or credit card on the statement as you can see, no number of any kind on the statement for card!!!! 

4.) Provide your business information - Completed

5.) Upload a bank statement - The document you submitted doesn’t contain the requested information.

6.) Provide information on account activity - Completed

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I am on the phone with paypal agent daily trying to resovle this. the agent could see my documents even stated they were good she could see my id and my account #, Routing #, and my name. But who ever reviewing just states they
