Zavvi charging my account for a cancelled order threemonths ago.

Hopefully someone can offer some advice on this?

I ordered an Item from ZAVVI over three months ago.Zavvi took weeks to try to send and after numerous emails to them I cancelled the order which they agreed to and the order is in fact cancelled on the orders page(Back in October). Today I have been charged by Zavvi for the item which was never shipped and I have never received. This item was cancelled in October. I have contacted Paypal to inform them that this is an unauthorised transaction. Paypal have closed the case and said it is not an unauthorised transaction, how can this be on a cancelled order from three months ago??

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
