Zhixin Trading Company....Scam supported by PayPal

PayPal is supporting this scam company...Zhixin Trading company.   I ordered 2 canopy camping chairs July 4th and received on Aug23 2 tiny canvas chair holders.   I put in a dispute and PayPal sided with the scammer.  This is totally unacceptable.  Ordered 2

I also had my case closed in favor of this scammer.

I received the same bags instead of the chairs that I ordered.

Zhixin Trading Company showed that a delivery was made, so Paypal closed the case without an opportunity for a rebuttal.

I had stated in my earlier complaint, and in my escalation claim that the company had sent these cheap bags instead of the chairs that I ordered.

Paypal appears to have decided that this seller makes enough in sales that they don’t want to upset their cash cow

So sad because this changes my image of Paypal as a safety net.

I ordered 2 chairs on July 25.202 and I received to bags an have heard nothing regarding my chairs.

If your experience with Paypal is similar to mine (and the person at the top of this thread):

You can escalate this to a claim in order to supposedly have an opportunity to be reimbursed for this obviously fraudulent transaction.

However, Paypal will accept a delivery confirmation from the company, with NO REGARD FOR WHAT WAS DELIVERED.
Paypal will then close the case with no opportunity for you to respond, and no ability to appeal.

Paypal appears content to allow this scammer to operate as long as Paypal receives their fees.

same situation with shenzen suya  ltd. they sent small item not what I ordered.requested refund denied because of delivery confirmation # . now there web page is defunct.thanks for nothing paypal.

I ordered 2 folding chairs with canopies and got the chair bags instead.  I can see that paypal is not going to help me.  They are letting these scammers get away with cheating people. $39.98 down the tubes.

I have had exactly the same problem - chairs ordered and paid for and only useless covers received - an obvious scam.  PayPal are dragging their heels on resolving this and after reading feedback on this forum I am not hopeful of a positive outcome.  I am now avoiding using PayPal wherever possible.  They state the following in the advertising: 

"Protection you can count on

PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from a seller, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered".

If PayPal do not settle in my favour the above statement appears to be completely false and PayPal cannot be trusted.

I echo the comments made about this company.  I ordered two adult size chairs and received two small canvas bags but no chairs.  In attempting to dispute this delivery item, Paypal has closed the issue because Zhixin says the delivery was made.  This scam must be netting a great deal of money to both Zhixin Trading Company and Paypal.
