I know like many others, you were taken for about $30 for a so called realistic toy dog!!! This is a disgrace, these people need to be punished. PayPal, you need to investigate sellers before you allow payments to be made. In a time where every penny counts, I'm out $30. The dog is no way realistic. Poorly made and is nothing but a $2 (maybe) toy.
I'm extremely upset!!!!!!!!!!

Paypal would not be able to check every seller / merchant in over 200 countries worldwide that adds paypal to their website to accept payments.
So they give you 'some' buyer protection but the onus is on you to risk assess your transactions.
Paypal does stop bad companies when enough claims start rolling in but as they are in China mostly then its easy for them to just start over with a new name so stopping them does not really do anything.
The BEST thing is to not buy from them in the first place, to recognise them.......
Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Have you opened a dispute?
Which one did you open?
Did you escalate to a claim?
What happened?
Did the seller provide tracking?
Were you asked to return the item?
How did you fund your paypal payment?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

The Problem is the PayPal is enabling these companies, they advertise under various names and and when you buy something there payment system automatically then charges you to Zimomo although it is not until you finally see the payment that it has gone to them
More needs to be done to prevent this sort of thing

Easy enough using the checklist above to avoid buying from them.
A bit of common sense and research when you buy helps.
