auto-renewal

I hope you're all keeping safe.

Over a year ago I subscribed on to a photo website called 500px as they were giving a big discount for new customers. I've never made any money from it, so I didn't use the service (sometimes only to upload some photos). On the 30/03 I received an email from 500px and Paypal saying my subscription has been renewed and US$ 118 (3xtimes more I paid initially)was coming out of my account in 3 days. I quickly logged in on to my PayPal account and deleted all my cards as well disconnected PayPal from my bank account

- I have now negative balance on PayPal.

- I've suspended my account with 500px and removed all photos.

- I tried to contact 500px many times requesting to cancel this payment, or at least give me the same discount as before, but they refused it

- They claim they sent me a reminder email one week before the auto-renewal, but I can not find it, only marketing emails from them.

- I've asked them to send the original message of the reminder, but they refuse to send it.

- I'm aware I have agreed with T&C, and probably I didn't read it. Like many companies, I'd expect a reminder of any contract that is due to be renewed.

- I've disputed this payment with Paypal but they refused my claim and I can't contact them as their phone customer service is closed due to COVID-19

- What happens if I don't pay my negative balance on PayPal?
. Can they send a debt collector to charge me?
. Will this affect my credit rating?

I'm out of work due to the current situation and I can not afford to pay for a subscription which I do not use.
