What the hell with [censored]ou (sz) Tech co.,limited - The name itself should've rang a bell being such [censored]! I ordereded a couple of premium portable camping folding lawn chairs with canopy for $39.98USD, only got delivered a couple of cheap raincoat material chair bags! I WANT A REFUND!

I don't know because there are no way we can get hold of them except via Paypal community but Paypal themselves wash their hands on this. Such a scam! But do Let me know if you know how to. Thanks.

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

What happened?

Did you fund your paypal payment via a credit card?

Did the seller send a fake tracking number?

I feel like a fool for falling for this - but trusted that PayPal would not allow fraudulent sellers on their site. Ha! I ordered 3 camp chairs and received a tiny little package that cannot possibly contain 3 camp chairs. I had alerted PayPal about this fraudulent bait and switch seller before I even received the package because I read the reviews in this forum. PayPal is currently reviewing in their Resolution Center but I have a feeling that they will still try to **bleep** me over and have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Long story short - I will NEVER use PayPal to purchase anything again. Nothing - ZERO TRUST IN PAYPAL! They allow fraudulent sellers to rip people off and make the victims spend an insane amount of time proving they were defrauded.

Thanks for your input. Same here, I would never use paypal as it is untrustworthy as it is with its sellers. They don't have any way of resolving their customers' complaints and don't have direct access to communication to sellers should buyers have queries. Burnt once and never again would I use them in the future.

The supplier. I escalated the case. Paypal has until the 27th to decide.
