blocked money

Hey There! About a year ago, my paypal account got blocked becuase i had over a certain amaount transfered into it, and to gain access to it, i had to prove that i am who i m saying i am. However, i made the account under a fake birthday. I spoke to someone on the messae centre and they told me to follow the process of showing proof of my adrees and my identity, and i will be able to transfere the money into my parents payapl. However, i only have proof of my identity and do not have a way to prove my adress. Is there any other way for me to gain access to my money?
