charged for nothing (scammed?)

i got charged for a canva 1 year subscription that i didn't approved of. so i checked canva and paypal right away. my canva account is subscribed but still in a 1 month free trial. so i cancelled immediately (i didn't make the purchase it just appeared there when i checked). so i requested for a refund from paypal for this but they declined my dispute. i checked canva again and saw that there weren't any invoice for this purchase so paypal took the money from my bank without a purchase going through!no canva invoice!they declined my refund!i got charged only on paypal!
