I bought shorts off depop 8 days ago and tracking says they have yet to be shipped. I contacted the seller around the 5th day and they said it would be shipped the following morning, but now they are unresponsive and I have asked them for a refund. the depop app just runs you in circles and is no help. it was only $25 dollars, but as a teenager that is a lot and as a teenager who has worked hard to earn their money, I am disappointed and worried that I will not be able to retrieve it. I paid through the depop app, using PayPal guest, but have since signed up for a full account and still cannot see my transaction under "activity". I am very upset and frustrated and would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I have emailed depop multiple times, and even mentioned that their buyer protection policy ensures that they have to legally abide. I contacted paypal customer support as well, and they were very helpful but said that the details showed I used a different email, when I am positive I used the one linked to my account- I even double checked that the email used in my depop account, paypal account, and bank account were all the same email. What do I do now? I will try calling the number on the back of my card later today and will then contact paypal support over the phone as well. But until then, does anybody have any advice or anything?

First, you're better off just disputing the transaction through your financial institution (card issuer) as it appears there and can't be properly associated to your PayPal account to dispute it. And fyi, one have to be 18 years and older to operate a PayPal account, since you say you're a teenager.
Second, since you used PayPal guest checkout to pay for the item, did you even receive a PayPal email receipt for the purchase with the receipt ID number on it? Where you find this email receipt would be the email address originally used on the transaction.

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
