So I was wrongly charged for an item and received a refund. Paypal said I receive two refunds but I only received one and they debited my PayPal account putting it in the negative. My PayPal summary and credit card show only one refund but PayPal insists I received two and that I owe them for the second debit...Is there any action I can take?? Thanks
