Hi,
I have had an issue with eGlobal Central. I ordered an item on 27 November. The item was not in their stock and they were showing the item under processing till 29 November. I raised a ticket with them that I wanted to cancel the order as they clearly said I could cancel the order while under processing. They also replied me by email on 29 that I could cancel the order while the item was under processing. At this stage I requested twice to canel the order but they ignored my request. I opened a case with payal on 29. So far they haven't replied to paypal case, instead, on 30 November they created a shipping note. Cleaerly, the seller has not responded to my request and violeted their own rules and committment which clearly stated that I could canel the order while it was under processing. I don't want this item, I have bought it from somewhere else. I can't pay the postage, I want a full refund. Please help me how can I proceed with the paypal case.

Paypal only covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
If the company have violated any of there rules then that is between you and them and you can pursue them in the small claims court UNLESS they are in another country.
Advice is voluntary.

eglobalcentral does not care about the EU legal system, they are a chinese shop pretending to be a local shop. They will straight up violate EU rules and they are providing fake shipping estimates.
