last night at around 1am ish my phone starts beeping telling me im making purchases with my paypal debit card in Europe. they made like 4 transactions in minutes cleaning out my account all but $2 now paypal has closed there call center there is 0 live agents only robots who refer you to the resolution center which tells me to file a claim, I try to file the claim and they tell me I cant because it violates my user agreement because the charges were made outside the usa, I live in the usa I don't even know anyone from Europe. ive tried it all email, call paypal has made it completely impossible for me to contact them to resolve this. I think this proves a obvious fraud on there part, the payments are still pending im trying to catch this fraud and get it fixed before the payments go thru and before the weekend. im literally going to make this my mission to prove they are in cahoots with these scammers or are atleast aiding and abetting criminal activity by stonewalling me and not allowing me to even make a claim or speak to someone about this. so if they are not going to help me im getting my lawyer involved and plan on proving this aiding and abetting of scammers and suing, if someone could help me id appreciate it thanks, matthew
