help with refund #depop#seller#Resolution centre?

I purchased a dress on Depop at the beginning of March I asked the seller was the dress in good condition and she said yes it was four out of 5, five being excellent so I went ahead and purchased the dress when it arrived it was covered in stains possibly make up fake tan I immediately messaged her saying did you not check the dress before you posted it on her reply She said do you really expect me to dry clean everything I sell? I said but you didn’t declare the stains,She got very rude and refused to take the dress back so I opened a case on PayPal on the 7th of March which I have not had any response from her the case is due to be closed in two days and I’m unsure of what the resolution will be can anyone give me advice?

escalate the case asap for PayPal to step in and review the case. you'll be asked to return the item for a refund likely.
