I opened a dispute I bought a instagram account  from a website fameswap.com. However, I did not receive a right pasword or og email of the account. The seller sent me not real password (we were texting on telegram) I told the seller that account password is incorrect he told me that the password is right however it is not therefore, I ask him to send me a email address or a real password but he did not respond to that. I wrote a dispute the same day because I noticed that the account I bought is still on sale on the fameswap.com and that the seller is still scamming other people (because I texted the seller from anther account on fameswap.com and he was still selling the account which I bought from him and to which I do not have the password to) Now the seller changed the dispute to a claim and I do not know how to add information (because I have a screenshots that he is still selling the account that the password is incorret and that he did not give me the email of the instagram account) or how to write a comment on the claim to explain myself to Paypal because I believe that I did not eplain enough on the dispute it self. Please help me.

You can only add info at the claim stage if paypal asks for it.

You only have buyer protection for non receipt of virtual items and not for not as described.
